AMCOLÉA specializes in natural jade jewelry.
Because jade is a natural gemstone, each piece is unique. Variations in color, translucency, texture, pattern, and natural inclusions are normal characteristics of genuine jade and should not be considered defects.
We strive to display our products and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting conditions.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
AMCOLÉA reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
AMCOLÉA does not store your payment card information on our servers.

Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of AMCOLÉA.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and applicable certificates of authenticity.
Personalized, custom-made, and otherwise non-returnable items are not eligible for return.
8. Certificate of Authenticity
Individual certificates of authenticity are included with our jade bangles.
Other jade jewelry, including pendants, rings, and earrings, does not include individual certificates. Regardless of certification, all AMCOLÉA jade jewelry is carefully sourced and crafted using natural jade.
9. Jewelry Care
Customers are responsible for caring for their jewelry according to the recommendations provided in our Care & Services page.
Natural jade is durable but may chip, crack, or break if subjected to impact or excessive pressure.
Broken jade bangles cannot be repaired due to the natural structure of the stone.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, branding, designs, and other materials, is the property of AMCOLÉA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from AMCOLÉA.
