When not being worn, store your jewelry in a soft pouch or jewelry box away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and humidity. To help prevent scratches, we recommend storing each piece separately from other jewelry.
Every piece of natural jade is one of a kind. Variations in color, translucency, texture, pattern, and natural inclusions are inherent characteristics of genuine jade and are not considered defects. These natural features are part of what makes every AMCOLÉA piece unique.

Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear is not covered under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
While jade is valued for its exceptional toughness, it is still a natural gemstone and is not indestructible. A strong impact, accidental drop, or excessive pressure may cause a bangle to crack or break.
Unfortunately, broken jade bangles cannot be repaired, as the natural structure and integrity of the stone cannot be fully restored once fractured. For this reason, AMCOLÉA does not offer repair services for broken jade bangles.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We'll carefully review your request and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellation requests. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has been shipped, you may return it to us in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
