Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been worn, damaged, resized, altered, or modified after delivery.
• Items returned without their original packaging or certificate of authenticity (where applicable).

If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved and your refund has been processed.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

To request a return:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
3. We will provide you with return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged.
• The incorrect item was received.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when appropriate. AMCOLÉA is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the item.
• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable.

We'll review your request promptly and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Natural jade is a unique gemstone formed by nature. Variations in color, translucency, texture, and natural inclusions are characteristics of genuine jade and should not be considered defects.

These natural variations make every AMCOLÉA piece one of a kind.

Our jade bangles include an individual certificate of authenticity verifying the natural jade material. Smaller jade jewelry pieces, including pendants, rings, and earrings, do not include individual certificates. Regardless of whether a certificate is included, every AMCOLÉA jade piece is carefully sourced and crafted using natural jade.
